Saturday afternoon saw me at the third birthday party of Horncastle performance and dance school, Nancy Byrne Theatre Arts. It was a really fun afternoon full of the children entertaining everyone by performing their current routines, playing lots of games, enjoying a party tea, and was topped off by an awards ceremony which celebrated the hard work and endeavour shown throughout the last year.
The dance school currently operates in Horncastle and Coningsby, with a busy programme of classes, events and festival work for all ages, and is run by owner Miss Nancy, along with Miss Rachel and Miss Nina. The party was a perfect opportunity for the school to have fun dancing together (even the mums were not to be outdone!), enjoy the beautiful cake made by Helen Turner, and to recognise the student’s achievements over the past year. Many congratulations to NBTA on their third birthday and I wish you every success over the next year!
