Styled Shoot Terms and Conditions.

  1. The organisers of the bridal-shoot model casting competition are Vicki Head of Vicki Head Photography and Victoria Evans of The Ivory Room
  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this casting call.

  4. This casting competition is for a styled bridal shoot. Applicants may be chosen to model on the shoot. The images from the shoot will be used for marketing purposes online and in print by the organisers and other suppliers of the shoot. The images are not subject to approval by the models.
  5. Closing date for entry will be midnight on Sunday January 1st
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. Bride and Groom models must be over the age of 18
  8. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the casting competition and these terms and conditions or change the date of the shoot if necessary. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the organisers.
  9. The organisers are not responsible for inaccurate discount details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  10. No cash alternative to the discounts will be offered. The discounts are not transferable. Discounts will only be valid within the timeframes stated.
  11. Models will be chosen by Vicki Head and Victoria Evans.
  12. Models chosen will be contacted within 2 days of the closing date. If the models chosen cannot be contacted or cannot fulfill the shoot requirements, we reserve the right to withdraw the discount from the model and pick a replacement model.
  13. The organisers will notify the chosen models when and how any discount can be used.
  14. The organiser’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. By entering this casting call, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
  17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  18. Should there be no suitable entrants the organisers reserve the right to cancel the casting competition and seek models elsewhere.
  19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Vicki Head Photography and The Ivory Room and not to any other party.
